Terms and Privacy Policy from PM Global Corp (PANAMAIL)

At the time of registration for the service, the CLIENT expressly acknowledges having reviewed, understood, and accepted the following terms:

  1. All CLIENT information is 100% private and confidential. No information will be accessible to third parties. By using the website panamail.com, the CLIENT acknowledges and consents to PANAMAIL collecting and processing personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling and managing the CLIENT’s service.
     

  2. Virtual Office plans and all individual products are charged in a term of one year (12 months).
     

  3. A VAT tax charge (ITBMS) of 7% is applied to all service plans.
     

  4. PANAMAIL will contact and notify clients one month prior to the renewal date. Thirty days after the expiry date, incoming mail will be rejected and voicemail numbers will be cancelled.
     

  5. The mail forwarding service is limited to correspondence, such as letters and small document packages. PANAMAIL does not handle freight shipments or accept responsibility for signing large packages. For larger or unusual packages, special arrangements must be made with PANAMAIL in advance. The residential address can only be used for personal names. The residential address and the Panama Mail Plan address are limited to receive regular mail sent via national or international postal systems. Local or international courier deliveries should be sent to the World Trade Center office address. If a courier shipment is sent to one of the first two addresses, the CLIENT must provide PANAMAIL with the tracking details.
     

  6. The CLIENT is responsible for shipping and handling costs, which must be paid in advance. All service  plans include certain monthly amounts of free scanned documents. PANAMAIL is not obligated to forward any mail if the CLIENT's account does not have sufficient credit.
     

  7. PANAMAIL works closely with the National Mail of Panama. Occasional delays may occur in the delivery of general (non-courier) mail. PANAMAIL is not responsible for the time elapsed before receiving the mail or for any lost item sent by general mail.
     

  8. Panama DID telephone numbers may experience rare connectivity problems with some international operators. This never affects the functionality of the number within Panama or any call forwarding services.
     

  9. PANAMAIL is not responsible for the content of CLIENT’s mail or the activities of their businesses. In the event of fraudulent use of the postal address or any violation of national or international laws, the CLIENT's account may be terminated at any time. All business activities must comply with the laws of the Republic of Panama and adhere to all required licenses.    

    a) CLIENTS operating in the financial and investment sectors are explicitly advised to consult with their legal counsel regarding the requirements for legally operating and obtaining a financial service license. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of service.

     

  10. Registered Address Service: Clients opting to use the provided address as their official Registered Address for governmental or regulatory purposes must comply with the following additional requirements:

    a) The CLIENT must complete and submit an additional Know Your Customer (KYC) form and provide all necessary documentation as requested by PANAMAIL.
    b) The CLIENT guarantees that all legal, tax, and licensing obligations related to their business are properly maintained and in full compliance with the laws of the Republic of Panama.
    c) PANAMAIL acts solely as a service provider and holds no responsibility for the CLIENT’s business activities, financial obligations, or regulatory compliance. The CLIENT agrees to indemnify and hold PANAMAIL harmless against any legal, financial, or reputational consequences arising from the CLIENT’s use of the registered address.   
    d) Any misuse of the address, including but not limited to fraudulent, illegal, or unlicensed activities, will result in the immediate termination of the service without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities if necessary. 

     

  11. CLIENT declares that all information provided in the registration form is true and accurate. Failure to provide complete and accurate information may result in the termination of the account.

    a) CLIENTS with business accounts declare that their economic activities, and therefore, the origin of the funds for this service, come from lawful activities.

     

  12. In case of dissatisfaction with the service, the service may be cancelled, and a refund may be requested within the first 30 days of the contract. A 20% management fee will be applied for service plans with external phone contracts.
