Additional documentation may apply in certain cases - such as for registered address use, non-Panama companies, or businesses engaged in financial activities. In these cases, a basic KYC form will be requested.

Yes, we offer one residential address in Panama City for personal clients. This address is located in a residential building in the Paitilla neighborhood and is suitable for receiving regular mail.
Please note that local deliveries and international courier shipments must be sent to our office address at the World Trade Center.
Yes. We offer two options for clients on our Premier and Platinum plans:
Internal Telecom Invoice - We can issue a monthly service invoice from our own telecommunications division, linked to your address in Panama.
Local Phone Company Contract - Alternatively, we can request a separate contract with a local phone provider. You’ll also receive a monthly phone bill in your name and Panama address.
These documents are often used as proof of address or for compliance purposes.
Yes. Our business address can be used as the registered legal address for your Panama company. This includes use for official purposes such as obtaining a business license (Aviso de Operación), registering a Tax ID (RUC), and other local filings.
Please note that this service is available exclusively with our Virtual Office plans, and an additional basic KYC form is required to comply with local regulations.
We specialize in virtual offices and mail services, and do not provide meeting rooms or co-working spaces at this time.
Our Panama phone numbers can be used in the following ways:
Voicemail – Personalized greeting to receive voice messages.
Call forwarding to another number – Forward calls to your local or international phone number (low rates apply).
Call forwarding to a computer or smartphone – Receive calls via SIP on your device, free of charge.
Outgoing calls – Make calls using your Panama number, with local caller ID (low rates apply).
Mail forwarding is handled based on your preferences. You can choose from the following options:
By email (scanned) – We scan your mail and forward it to you electronically.
By regular mail or courier – We can forward physical mail via standard post or express services like DHL or FedEx.
Hold for pickup – We can securely hold your mail at our office for in-person pickup. There is no time limit for collection.
You can update your forwarding preferences at any time by contacting our support team.
Mail can be received during our regular office hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Please note that we do not receive mail on weekends or public holidays.
With the Basic Plan, you are assigned a Panama phone number connected to a shared voicemail system with a standard (non-personalized) greeting.
Callers are prompted to leave a message including the name of the person or company they are trying to reach. Once received, voice messages are reviewed and forwarded to the appropriate recipient by our support team.
No, all of our service plans are billed on a yearly basis. Monthly payment options are not currently available.
Yes, you can use the address and phone number to request a D-U-N-S Number for your company. We recommend our Premier plan in order to receive verification phone calls.
